COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2808/76 of 19 November 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2054/76 on the sale for export to third countries of skimmed-milk powder held by intervention agencies and intended for use as feed

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC ) No 2054/76 of 19 August 1976 on the sale for export to third countries of skimmed-milk powder held by intervention agencies and intended for use as feed ( 5 ), Article 1 as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2166/76 ( 6), provides for the sale, at the buying-in price paid by the intervention agency less eight units of account per Regulation (EEC) No 2054/76 is amended as follows : 100 kilogrammes of skimmed-milk powder which has 1 . Article5¶
This Regulation shall enter into force on 22 November 1976.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
