COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2910/ 76 of 29 November 1976 adjusting the allocation of the Community quantitative export quotas for certain types of copper ash and residues and copper, aluminium and lead waste and scrap
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Community reserve of 600 metric tons established by COMMUNITIES, Commission Regulation (EEC) No 229/76 ;

— the Benelux countries present share is increased and United Kingdom are hereby increased as follows, from 870 to 893 metric tons ; by drawing on the Community reserve established by — the Federal Republic of Germany's present share Commission Regulation (EEC) No 229/76 : is increased from 7 100 to 7 259 metric tons ; — the Benelux countries share is increased from 375 — the Italian Republic's share is increased from 950 to 625 metric tons ; to 1 098 metric tons . — the United Kingdom's share is increased from 488 to 688 metric tons . Article 3 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of For aluminium waste and scrap of CCT subheading the European Communities. It shall remain in force 76.01 B the shares allocated to the Benelux countries until 31 December 1976 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and . directly applicable in all Member States .
