COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3114/76 of 21 December 1976 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2482/76 on the transfer to the Italian interven­ tion agency of 40 000 metric tons of feed grain held by the German intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Cereals, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1863/76 of 27 July 1976 on the transfer to the Italian Article 1 intervention agency of feed grain held by the interven­ tion agencies of other Member States ('), as amended In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 2482/76 the date by Regulation (EEC) No 2830/76 (2), and in particular '31 October 1976' is hereby replaced by ' 15 December Article 1 thereof, 1976'.
