altering components used to calculate the differential amounts for colza and rape seed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN new rate of exchange to be applied in agriculture as COMMUNITIES, from 17 January 1977 has been fixed by Council Regulation (EEC) No 3206/76 of 21 December Having regard to the Treaty establishing the 1976 (9); whereas in the case of the pound sterling European Economic Community, and the Italian lira the difference referred to in Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 for the Having regard to Council Regulation No period 5 to 11 January 1977 has changed, by 136/66/EEC of 22 September 1966 on the reference to the representative rate valid from 17 establishment of a common organization of the January 1977, by at least one point from the market in oils and fats ( x ), as last amended by percentage used for the previous fixing; whereas this Regulation (EEC) No 1707/73 (2 ), fact should be taken into account when fixing the components used to calculate the differential amounts for colza and rape seed, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed (3), as last amended HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : by Regulation (EEC) No 3477/73 (4), and in particular Article 3 , Article I

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC ) No 2300/73 The Annex to amended Regulation (EEC) No of 23 August 1973 (5), as last amended by Regulation 1580/76 is hereby replaced by the Annex to this (EEC) No 632/75 (6), laid down detailed rules of Regulation . application for Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 ; whereas the components used to calculate the Article 2 differential amounts were fixed by Regulation* ( EEC) No 1580/76 (7 ), as last amended by Regulation This Regulation shall enter into force on 17 January (EEC) No 28/77 (8); whereas for the Irish pound a 1977.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
