COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 248 /77 of 4 February 1977 fixing the refunds on milk and milk products exported in the natural state
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN — the need to avoid disturbances on the Community COMMUNITIES , market ; and
