COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 358 /77 of 22 February 1977 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2850/76 as regards the time limit for the transfer of skimmed-milk powder to the Italian intervention agency for use in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 563/76

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 563/76 of 15 March 1976 on the compulsory purchase of skimmed-milk powder held by intervention agen­ cies for use in feedingstuffs ('), and in particular Article 1 Article 9 ( 1 ) thereof,

Whereas Article 1 (2) of Commission Regulation In Article 1 (2) of Regulation ( EEC) No 2850 /76, (EEC) No 2850 /76 of 25 November 1976 on the 'before 15 February 1977' is hereby amended to read supply of a second lot of skimmed-milk powder to 'before 19 February 1977'. the Italian intervention agency for use in accordance with Regulation ( EEC) No 563 /76 and amending Article 2 Regulation (EEC) No 1 948 /76 (2 ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 94/77 (3 ), stipulates that delivery shall be effected before 15 February 1977 ; whereas This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its this time limit has proved to be too short and must publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. once again be extended ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
