COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 380 / 77 of 24 February 1977 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 677/76 laying down detailed rules for the applica­ tion of the system for compulsory purchase of skimmed-milk powder

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No Article 10 (4) (b) of Regulation ( EEC) No 677/76 is 563/76 of 15 March 1976 on the compulsory purchase hereby amended to read as follows : of skimmed-milk powder held by intervention agen­ cies for use in feedingstuffs ('), and in particular '(b) except in a case of force majeure, has not Article 9 ( 1 ) thereof, furnished : Whereas Article 10 (4) of Commission Regulation — proof of one of the matters referred to in (EEC) No 677/76 of 26 March 1976 laying down detailed rules for the application of the system for paragraph 1 (c), (f) and (g) by 1 March 1977, compulsory purchase of skimmed-milk powder provided for in Regulation ( EEC) No 563 /76 (2), as last — the document referred to in paragraph 1 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3069/76 (3), lays (b) by 15 April 1977, or down inter alia that the security is to be forfeit if the document referred to in paragraph 1 (b) of the same — proof of one of the matters referred to in Article is not presented by 1 March 1 977 ; whereas, paragraph 1 (d) and (e) by 30 April 1977.' owing to the extension of the period for denaturing the skimmed-milk powder provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 276/77 (4), the time limit for presenting the A rticle 2 document referred to above should also be extended ;
