Whereas Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 557/76 of 15 Article 1 March 1976 on the exchange rates to be applied in agriculture, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC ) No 1 . In Annex I to Regulation ( EEC) No 572/76 the 651 /77 ( 5 ), fixed a new representative rate for the columns headed ' France', ' Ireland' and ' Italia' in Parts French franc, the Irish pound and the Italian lira with 1 . 2, 5 and 8 are replaced by those in Annex I to this effect from 1 April 1977 for milk and milk products , Regulation . pigmeat and beef and veal ; whereas this rate and its entry into force should be taken into account when 2 . Annex I, Part 3 , to Regulation ( EEC ) No 572/76 fixing the monetary compensatory amounts ; is replaced by Annex I to this Regulation .

Whereas, in order to prevent disparities the new 3 . Annex II to Regulation ( EEC ) No 572/76 is monetary compensatory amounts should be replaced by Annex II to this Regulation .

calculated on the basis of the exchange rates used for the monetary compensatory amounts at present in Article 2 force in the other sectors ; Regulation ( EEC ) No 3092/76 is hereby repealed. Whereas with effect from 1 April 1977 trade arrangements with non-member countries were Article 3 appreciably altered in the beef and veal sector ; whereas these arrangements now include in particular This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April a new system for calculating the levies ; whereas, 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .

Enthalten jedoch diese Erzeugnisse neben Magermilchpulver Fischmehl oder Fischöl und/oder Lebertran oder Eisenkarbonat und/oder Eisen­ sulfat und/oder Kupfersulfat so werden im innergemeinschaftlichen Handel und im Handel mit Drittländern — für die Tarifstelle 23.07 B I a) 2 der Währungsausgleichsbetrag der Tarifstelle 23.07 Bla) 1 , — für die Tarifstelle 23.07 B I b) 2 der Währungsausgleichsbetrag der Tarifstelle 23.07 B I b) 1 und — für die Tarifstelle 23.07 B I c) 2 der Währungsausgleichsbetrag der Tarifstelle 23.07 B I c) 1 angewandt.

Tuttavia, nel caso in cui detti prodotti contengano latte scremato in polvere e sia farina di pesce o olio di pesce e/o di fegato di pesce o carbonato di ferro e/o solfato di ferro e/o solfato di rame, l'importo compensativo, da applicare negli scambi intracomunitari e con i paesi terzi, è rispettivamente : — per la sottovoce 23.07 B 1 a) 2 quello della sottovoce 23.07 B I a) 1 , — per la sottovoce 23.07 B I b) 2 quello della sottovoce 23.07 B I b) 1 , — per la sottovoce 23.07 B 1 c) 2 quello della sottovoce 23.07 B I c) 1 .

Wanneer evenwel deze produkten magere-melkpoeder bevatten , alsmede vismeel of visolie en/of visleverolie of ijzercarbonaat en/of ijzersulfaat en/of kopersulfaat wordt het in het intracommunautaire handelsverkeer en het handelsverkeer met derde landen toe te passen compenserende bedrag voor respectievelijk — onderverdeling 23.07 B 1 a) 2 dat van onderverdeling 23.07 B I a ) 1 , — onderverdeling 23.07 B I b) 2 dat van onderverdeling 23.07 Bib) 1 , — onderverdeling 23.07 B I c) 2 dat van onderverdeling 23.07 B I c) 1 .

Såfremt disse produkter indeholder skummetmælkspulver og enten fiskemel eller fiskeolie og/eller fiskelevertran eller jerncarbonat og/eller jernsulfat og/eller kobbersulfat, er det monetære udligningsbeløb , der skal anvendes ved handel indenfor Fællesskabet og med tredjelande , dog henholdsvis — for underposition 23.07 B 1 a ) 2 , det, der gælder for underposition 23.07 Bla ) 1 , — for underposition 23.07 B I b) 2 det, der gælder for underposition 23.07 B I b) 1 , — for underposition 23.07 B I c) 2 det, der gælder for underposition 23.07 B I c) 1 .

C ) Pour les produits relevant de la sous-position 23.07 Bic) 1 ou 2 du tarif douanier commun, d'une teneur en poids supérieure à 50% de produits relevant de la position 07.06 ou 11.06 du tarif douanier commun, les montants compensatoires monétaires sont applicables aux produits relevant de la sous­ position 07.06 A du tarif douanier commun (règlement (CEE) n° 1497/76, JO n° L 167 du 26. 6. 1976 , p. 27) .

7) Für Waren der Tarifstelle 23.07 B I c) 1 oder 2 des Gemeinsamen Zolltarifs mit einem Gehalt an Erzeugnissen der Tarifnummer 07.06 oder 11.06 des Gemeinsamen Zolltarifs von 50 Gewichtshundertteilen oder mehr gelten die gleichen Währungsausgleichsbeträge wie für die Erzeugnisse der Tarifstelle 07.06 A des Gemeinsamen Zolltarifs ( Verordnung ( EWG) Nr. 1497/76, ABl. Nr. L 167 vom 26. 6. 1976, S. 27).

C) Per i prodotti di cui alla sottovoce 23.07 B I c) 1 o 2 della tariffa doganale comune, contenenti in peso più del 50% di prodotti della voce 07.06 o 11.06 della tariffa doganale comune, gli importi compensativi monetari sono quelli applicabili ai prodotti di cui alla sottovoce 07.06 A della tariffa doganale comune (regolamento (CEE) n . 1497/76, GU n . L 167 del 26. 6. 1976, pag. 27).

7) Voor de produkten van de onderverdelingen 23.07 B I c) 1 en 2 van het gemeenschappelijk douanetarief met een gehalte van meer dan 50 gewichtspercenten aan produkten van post 07.06 of 11.06 van het gemeenschappelijk douanetarief worden de monetaire compenserende bedragen toegepast die gelden voor de produkten van onderverdeling 07.06 A van het gemeenschappelijk douanetarief (Verordening (EEG) nr. 1497/76, PB nr. L 167 van 26. 6. 1976, blz. 27).

For skimmed-milk powder consigned to Italy by another Member State in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 1624/76 ( OJ No L 180, 6. 7. 1976) this amount shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0-58 .

For skimmed-milk powder sold under Regulation (EEC) No 368/77 ( OJ No L 52, 24. 2. 1977) or Regulation (EEC ) No 443/77 ( OJ No L 58 , 3 . 3 . 1977), the amount indicated shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0*18 .

2) In intra-Community trade, and when the product is denaturalized, according to Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 990/72, the basic amount and the possible supplementary amount shall be replaced by a single amount of:

— 1-342 £ per 100 kg for Ireland, — 7 201 Lit per 100 kg for Italy, — 40-72 FF per 100 kg for France.

3) The basic amount for 100 kg of product under this subheading is equal to the sum of the following elements :

(a) the amount per 100 kg indicated multiplied by Vioo of the weight of milk and cream contained in 100 kg of the product;

(b) an additional amount for each percentage of saccharose content in 100 kg net of the product, equal to Vioo of the amount indicated in Part 7 of Annex I to this Regulation under subheading 17.01 A (undenatured) of the Common Customs Tariff.

5) The basic amount for 100 kg of product under this subheading is equal to the sum of the following elements :

(a) the amount per 100 kg indicated ;

(b) an additional amount for each percentage of saccharose content in 100 kg net of the product, equal to Vioo of the amount indicated in Part 7 of Annex I to this Regulation under subheading 17.01 A (undenatured) of the Common Customs Tariff.

(®) However, for butter which is the subject of the measures provided for :

— in Regulation (EEC) No 1282/72 ( OJ No L 142, 22. 6 . 1972) and (EEC) No 1717/72 (OJ No L 181 , 9 . 8 . 1972 ), this amount shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0*4 ; however, in the case of the United Kingdom the coefficient shall be 0-6;

— in Regulation (EEC) No 349/73 ( OJ No L 40, 13 . 2 . 1973 ), this amount shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0-5 ;

— in Regulation (EEC) No 232/75 (OJ No L 24, 31 . 1 . 1975 ) this amount shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0-35 ; however, in the case of the United Kingdom the coefficient shall be 0-40.

(") In trade with third countries the coefficient 1-7120 is applied to this amount.

This coefficient, however, shall be 1-51 in the case of products containing skimmed-milk powder sold under Regulation (EEC) No 2054/76.

In intra-Community trade, where the product has not been produced in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 990/72, the coefficient 1-7120 is applied to this amount. However, this coefficient is not applied to the products consigned to Italy from another Member State in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 1624/76 ( OJ No L 180, 6. 7. 1976).

When these products contain skimmed-milk powder and either fish meal or fish oil and/or liver oil or iron carbonate and/or iron sulphate and/or copper sulphate :

— in the case where the contained skimmed-milk powder was sold in accordance with Regulation (EEC) No 368/77 (OJ No L 52, 24 . 2. 1977) and Regulation (EEC) No 443/77 (OJ No L 58, 3 . 3 . 1977), the amount indicated shall be multiplied by the coefficient 0*308;
