COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 1392/77 of 27 June 1977 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2452/76 on the transfer to the Italian intei^en­ tion agency of butter held by the intervention agencies of other Member States

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the marketing of butter will require a longer COMMUNITIES, period than expected ; whereas it is therefore neces­ sary to extend the fixed time limit, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,
