fixing the components used to calculate the differential amounts for colza and rape seed

Whereas this leads to the fixing of differential amounts which remain constant as long as the times used to calculate them remain unchanged ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
Whereas, applying the method of calculating differen tial amounts to Denmark, no such amounts should be Article 1 fixed for seeds harvested in that State and processed in or exported from that State ; The components used to calculate the differential Whereas under Article 2 ( 1 ) (b) of the aforementioned amounts provided for in Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) Regulation the differential amounts for France, Italy, No 1569/72 shall be as specified in the Annex hereto. Ireland and the United Kingdom are to be deter mined by taking into account the incidence on the price of the average percentage difference between : Article 2

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
