COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1519/ 77 of 6 July 1977 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 465/77 concerning the invitation to tender for the costs of delivery of skimmed-milk powder as food aid to the Republic of Malta

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 804/ 68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products ('), as last In Article 3 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 465/77 the amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 559 /76 (2), and in text of the third indent shall be replaced by the particular Article 7 ( 5) thereof, following : Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 465/77 of '— as regards lot C : 4 March 1977 (3 ), provides for the delivery of one lot after 1 and before 15 October 1977.' C of 130 tonnes of skimmed-milk powder to be effected at the port of Antwerp after 1 and before 15 Article 2 August 1 977 ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Whereas , at the request of the Republic of Malta, this publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. delivery date can be postponed until October 1977 ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
