COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1584/77 of 13 July 1977 adjusting the allocation of the Community quantitative export quotas for certain types of copper ash and residues , and copper and lead waste and scrap
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES ,
Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, For copper ash and residues of CCT heading No ex 26.03 , the shares allocated to the Member States are hereby increased as follows, by drawing on the reserve Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No established by Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 1023 /70 of 25 May 1970 establishing a common proce 30 / 77 : dure for administering quantitative quotas ( ! ), and in — the Federal Republic of Germany s share particular Article 2 thereof, is increased from 6 900 to 7 346 tonnes ; — the French Republic's share is increased from 3 850 to 4 095 tonnes ; Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 3165/76 of 21 December 1976 fixing Community — the Italian Republic's share quantitative export quotas for certain types of copper is increased from 950 to 1 025 tonnes ; ash and residues and for certain types of copper and aluminium waste and scrap (2 ), and in particular — the Benelux countries' share Article 2 thereof, is increased from 800 to 852 tonnes ; — the United Kingdom 's share is increased from 2 000 to 2 130 tonnes ; Whereas Regulation ( EEC) No 3165/76 fixed for 1977 Community quantitative export quotas of respectively — the Kingdom of Denmark's share is increased from 1 000 to 1 065 tonnes . 16 503 tonnes for copper ash and residues of CCT heading No ex 26.03, 18 107 tonnes for copper waste and scrap of CCT heading No ex 74.01 (other), 11 225 tonnes of copper waste and scrap resulting from the Article 2 breaking-up of ships registered in third countries or of ammunition sold by the armed forces of third coun tries of CCT heading No ex 74.01 and 1 481 tonnes For copper waste and scrap of CCT heading No ex lead waste and scrap of lead of CCT subheading ex 74.01 (other), the shares allocated to the Member 78.01 B, which were allocated by Commission Regula States are hereby increased as follows, by drawing on tion ( EEC) No 30/77 of 5 February 1 977 (3) ; the Community reserve established by Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 30/ 77 :
