COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2309/77 of 20 October 1977 amending Regulations (EEC) No 1896/73 and (EEC) No 930/77 as regards to the products which may be bought into intervention in the Kingdom of the Nether­ lands and their coefficients in the beef and veal sector

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN effective support to the market and to maintain the COMMUNITIES, balance between the market concerned and that in competing animal products and, on the other hand, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European the financial burden on the Community ; whereas in Economic Community, the present beef market situation these criteria indi­ cate that the 'Stieren 2e kwaliteit' should be excluded Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization from the list of products which may be bought into of the market in beef and veal (J ), as last amended by intervention in the Kingdom of the Netherlands ; Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Article 6 (5) (c) and (d) thereof, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal , Whereas the buying-in prices for intervention on the market in beef applicable from 2 May 1977 were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 930/77 of 29 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : April 1977 (3) and the coefficients laid down in Article 6 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 were established Article 1 by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1896/73 of 13 July 1973 on detailed rules for the application of inter­ Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1896/73 is hereby vention measures on the market in beef and veal (4), replaced by Annex I hereto. both as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1791 /77 (5) ; Article 2
