COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2590/77 of 24 November 1977 postponing the qualifying date for the sale of beef by the intervention agencies under Regulations (EEC) No 2073/74 and (EEC) No 2320/74

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the Management Committee for Beef and COMMUNITIES, Veal has not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its chairman, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in beef and veal (J), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular 1 .
