COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2743/77 of 9 December 1977 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2311 /77 on the sale, at a price fixed in advance, of preserved beef held by intervention agencies

Whereas certain of these quantities have already been Article 1 sold particularly in Denmark ; whereas, therefore, the quantities offered for sale there should be increased by 1 . Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 2311 /77 is 1 000 tonnes in the case of preserved beef in cans of a hereby replaced by the Annex hereto. If the quantities covered by the amendments in the Annex and available at an intervention agency are less than those for which offers to purchase are submitted Article 4 on 12 December 1977 as regards preserved beef held by the Danish intervention agency and on 2 January This Regulation shall enter into force on 12 1978 as regards preserved beef held by the Belgian December 1977 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
