COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 2745 / 77 of 5 December 1977 temporarily suspending the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on certain tropical products

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN whereas this duty suspension should consequently be COMMUNITIES , prolonged until 31 December 1978 , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 113 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : thereof, Article 1 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission , From 1 January to 31 December 1978 , the auto­ Whereas in its Regulation (EEC) No 2858/76 (') the nomous Common Customs Tariff duties for the Council suspended, within the framework of the multi­ lateral GATT negotiations, the Common Customs products listed in the Annex shall be suspended at the Tariff duties on certain tropical products, until 31 levels indicated in respect of each of them . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
