COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 60/ 78 of 12 January 1978 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2219/77 making special provision for the appli­ cation of accession compensatory amounts on certain milk products in trade with the United Kingdom

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to the Act of Accession , Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 233/73 of 31 January 1973 laying down the general Article 1 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 2219/77 is rules for the system of compensatory amounts for hereby amended to read as follows : milk and milk products ('), and in particular Article 6 ' 2 .
