COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 297 / 78 of 14 February 1978 amending Regulation (EEC) No 162/78 introducing a countervailing charge on imports of certain varieties of sweet oranges originating in Algeria

No 252/78 (4), introduced a countervailing charge on certain varieties of sweet oranges originating in Article 2 Algeria ;

Whereas Article 26 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 February 1035/72 laid down the conditions under which a 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
