correcting Regulation ( EEC) No 584/78 with regard to the components used to calculate the differential amounts for colza and rape seed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Regulation (EEC) No 584/78 (6) ; whereas a check has COMMUNITIES , revealed errors in the Annex to this Regulation and therefore the Regulation in question must be Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European corrected, Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/ 66/ EEC HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and Article 1 fats ( 1 ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2560 /77 {2 ), The Annex to amended Regulation (EEC) No 1423 /77 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No is hereby replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . 1569/72 of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed (3), as last amended Article 2 by Regulation (EEC) No 3477/73 (4), and in particular Article 3 thereof, This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 March 1978 . Whereas the components used to calculate the differ ential amounts for colza and rape seed were fixed by It shall apply in so far as any party concerned so Regulation (EEC) No 1 423 / 77 (5 ), as last amended by requests with effect from 27 March 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly aoplicable in all Member States .
