COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 829/ 78 of 25 April 1978 on the supply of skimmed-milk powder to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and to the Republic of Sri Lanka as food aid pursuant to Regulation ( EEC) No 1767 / 77
