COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1520/78 of 30 June 1978 repealing Regulation (EEC) No 459/76 establishing a system of minimum prices applicable to tomato concentrates originating in Greece

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the conditions for the application of this COMMUNITIES, system no longer exist ; whereas consequently Regula­ tion (EEC) No 459/76 should be repealed, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 516/77 of 14 March 1977 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in products processed from fruit and vegetables ('), as amended by Regulation (EEC) Article 1 No 1152/78 (2), and in particular Article 14 (2) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 459/76 is hereby repealed. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 459/76 of 27 February 1976 (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 436/78 (4), adopted a system of minimum Article 2 prices applicable to the importation of tomato concen­ trates originating in Greece ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
