COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1607/78 of 5 July 1978 on the delivery of various consignments of skimmed-milk powder as food aid

(2) The special packaging specifications are the following : 1 . Polyethylene bags which are new, clean, dry and intact, and of a net weight content of 5 kg and made in accordance with the following : — horizontally welded, — thickness 0.10 mm, — dimensions : 250 mm x 550 mm , i — printed in one colour only, — polyethylene uncoloured, — titanium dioxide : 0.5 % , — Oleamide : 550 ppm, — silicon dioxide : 450 ppm, — density : 99-4 % high pressure, — resistance : 203 kg/cm2, — modulus of elasticity : 1198 kg/cm 2 , — elongation : 132 % , Food quality 2.
