COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1642/78 of 13 July 1978 on the sale at prices fixed at a standard rate in advance of certain boned beef held by the intervention agencies

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas, having regard to developments on the market and in intervention stocks, the cuts and prices set out in Annex I to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2765/76 (6), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) Article 1 No 556/78 (7), should be adopted ;

4. The sales shall be conducted in accordance with intervention agency are less than those for which Articles 2 to 5 of Regulation (EEC) No 216/69 and offers are received on the first day of the period with the provisions of this Regulation . referred to in Article 1 ( 1 ), all such offers shall be considered to have been lodged at the same time. 5.
