altering the components used to calculate the differential amounts for colza and rape seed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 1717/78 (8) ; whereas, in the case of the pound COMMUNITIES, sterling, the Irish pound and the French franc, the difference referred to in Article 2 (1 ) of Regulation Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European (EEC) No 1569/72 for the period 19 to 25 July 1978 Economic Community, has changed, by reference to the representative rate Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC valid on 31 July 1978 , by at least one point from the of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a percentage used for the previous fixing ; whereas this common organization of the market in oils and fact should be taken into account when fixing the components used to calculate the differential amounts fats (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1419/78 (2), for colza and rape seed where those components are already applied in respect of the Member State Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No concerned, 1569/72 of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed (3), as last amended HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : by Regulation (EEC) No 852/78 (4), and in particular Article 3 thereof, Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1511 /78 is hereby of 23 August 1973 (5), as last amended by Regulation replaced by the Annex to this Regulation.
