THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 1792/78 (8) ; whereas, in the case of the pound COMMUNITIES, sterling, the Italian lira and the French franc, the difference referred to in Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European (EEC) No 1569/72 for the period 9 to 15 August 1978 Economic Community, has changed, by reference to the representative rate Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/ EEC valid on 21 August 1978 , by at least one point from of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a the percentage used for the previous fixing ; whereas common organization of the market in oils and this fact should be taken into account when fixing the fats ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No components used to calculate the differential amounts 1419/78 (2), for colza and rape seed where those components are already applied in respect of the Member State Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No concerned, 1569/72 of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed (3), as last amended HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : by Regulation (EEC) No 852/78 (4), and in particular Article 3 thereof, Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1511 /78 is hereby of 23 August 1973 (5), as last amended by Regulation replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . (EEC) No 1 234/77 (6), laid down detailed rules of application for Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 ; Article 2 whereas the components used to calculate the differen­ tial amounts were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 21 August 151 1 /78 (7), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
