COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2001 / 78 of 22 August 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on gloves , mittens , mitts, stock­ ings, socks and sockettes, not being knitted or crocheted goods, falling within heading No 61.10 , originating in developing countries to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 1197/78 apply
