COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2031 / 78 of 25 August 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on other cotton yarn , not put up for retail sale , falling within subheading 55.05 B I and originating in Peru, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Regulation (EEC) No 1197/ 78 apply
