COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2172/78 ^ of 14 September 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on woven fabrics of regenerated textile fibres, falling within subheading 56.07 B, originating in Thailand, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 1197/78 apply
