COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2192/78 of 20 September 1978 correcting Regulation (EEC) No 1557/78 as regards the sale at a price fixed at a standard rate in advance of preserved beef held by the Danish intervention agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas a check has shown that an error appeared in COMMUNITIES, the Annex to Regulation ( EEC) No 2164/78 ; whereas, therefore, that Regulation must be corrected, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by In Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1557/78, under Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular 'DANMARK', the amount ' 100,0' in column b), Article 7 (3) thereof, 'canned beef for export', is replaced by the amount '90,0 '.
