THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 1986/78 (8); whereas, in the case of the French franc, COMMUNITIES, the difference referred to in Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 for the period 20 to 26 September Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European 1978 has changed, by reference to the representative Economic Community, rate valid on 2 October 1978, by at least one point Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC from the percentage used for the previous fixing ; whereas this fact should be taken into account when of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and fixing the components used to calculate the differen­ tial amounts for colza and rape seed where those fats (!), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No components are already applied in respect of the 1419/78 (2), Member State concerned, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 of 20 July 1972 laying down special HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : measures for colza and rape seed (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 852/78 (4), and in particular Article 3 thereof, Article 1

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1511 /78 is hereby of 23 August 1973 (5), as last amended by Regulation replaced by the Annex to this Regulation. (EEC) No 1 234/77 (6), laid down detailed rules of application for Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 ; Article 2 whereas the components used to calculate the differen­ tial amounts were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 2 October 1978 . 1511 /78 (7), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No
