COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2586/78 of 30 October 1978 re-establishing intervention buying-in of beef in France

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN level below the maximum buying-in price fixed for COMMUNITIES, this quality ; whereas intervention buying-in for this quality must recommence, in accordance with Article Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European 3 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 995/78, Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in beef and veal (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular Article 6 (4) (b) thereof, Article 1

Whereas in application of Article 3 (1 ) of Council Buying-in by the French intervention agency shall Regulation (EEC) No 995/78 of 12 May 1978 fixing recommence on 6 November 1978 for the following the guide price and the intervention price for adult quality : bovine animals for the 1978/79 marketing year (3), • Boeuf O'. intervention buying-in was suspended by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1244/78 of 9 June 1978 tempor­ arily suspending intervention buying-in of certain Article 2 qualities of meat in certain Member States (4) ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 6 November Whereas the market prices for 'Bœufs O' recorded in j France on 19 and 26 October 1978 had returned to a 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
