COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2719/78 of 22 November 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on nets and netting made of twine, cordage or rope, etc ., falling within heading No 59.05 and originating in deve­ loping countries, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 1197 /78 apply
