COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2951 /78 of 14 December 1978 re-establishing intervention buying in of beef in France

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 1978 had returned to a level below the maximum COMMUNITIES, buying in price fixed for this quality ; whereas inter­ vention buying in for this quality must recommence, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European in accordance with Article 3 (3) of Regulation (EEC) Economic Community, No 995/ 78 , Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in beef and veal ( 1 ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular Article 6 (4) (b) thereof, Article 1 Whereas in application of Article 3 ( 1 ) of Council Buying in by the French intervention agency shall Regulation (EEC) No 995/78 of 12 May 1978 fixing recommence on 18 December 1978 for the following the guide price and the intervention price for adult quality : bovine animals for the 1978/79 marketing year (3), intervention buying in was suspended by Commission in France : 'jeunes bovins R\ Regulation (EEC) No 1244/78 of 9 June 1978 tempor­ arily suspending intervention buying in of certain Article 2 qualities of meat in certain Member States (4 ) ;

Whereas the market prices for 'jeunes bovins R' This Regulation shall enter into force on 18 recorded in France on 30 November and 7 December December 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
