THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 2892/78 (8) ; whereas, in the case of the Italian lira, the COMMUNITIES, difference referred to in Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 for the period 13 to 19 December Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European 1978 has changed, by reference to the representative Economic Community, rate valid on 25 December 1978 , by at least one point Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/ EEC from the percentage used for the previous fixing ; whereas this fact should be taken into account when of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and fixing the components used to calculate the differen fats ('), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No tial amounts for colza and rape seed where those components are already applied in respect of the 1562/78 (2) ; Member States concerned, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 of 20 July 1972 laying down special HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : measures for colza and rape seed (}), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 852/78 (4), and in particular Article 3 thereof, Article 1

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 151 1 /78 is hereby of 23 August 1 973 (5), as last amended by Regulation replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
