COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 84/ 79 of 17 January 1979 concerning the third amendment to Regulation (EEC) No 1557/78 on the sale at a price fixed at a standard rate in advance of preserved beef held by the interven­ tion agencies

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal (*), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof, Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1557/78 is replaced by the Annex to this Regulation .
