COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 943/79 of 14 May 1979 extending the temporary suspension of the advance fixing of export refunds for beef meat products

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 885/68 of 28 June 1968 laying down general rules for Article 1 granting export refunds on beef and veal and criteria The advance fixing of export refunds for beef products for fixing the amount of such refunds (3), as last shall remain suspended during the period 15 to 20 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 427/77 (4), and in May 1979 . particular the second subparagraph of Article 5 (4) thereof, Article 2 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 923/79 of 10 May 1 979 (5) temporarily suspended the advance This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 May 1979 . fixing of export refunds for certain beef products ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
