COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 985 / 79 of 14 May 1979 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 1077 /78 temporarily suspending the auto­ nomous Common Customs Tariff duties on certain industrial products

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 thereof, Whereas it has been found that Table II of the Annex to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1077/78 of 23 May 1978 temporarily suspending the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on certain industrial products (') has to be completed by the addition of two products,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 1 Table II annexed to Regulation (EEC) No 1077/78 shall be completed as follows :

Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
