COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1226/ 79 of 21 June 1979 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1054/79 on the sale at prices fixed at a standard rate in advance of certain frozen beef from intervention stocks for processing in the Community

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No A rtidc 1 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by The date '22 June 1979' given in Article 1 of Regula­ Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular tion (EEC) No 1054/79 shall be replaced by the date Article 7 (3) thereof, '20 July 1979 '.
