COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1473/79 of 13 July 1979 correcting Regulation (EEC) No 1367/79 fixing the monetary compensatory amounts

Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts Article 2 provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1367/79 This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 July 1979 . of 29 June 1979 (3); Whereas a check has revealed errors in the Annex to Where any party concerned so requests, it shall apply that Regulation ; whereas the necessary corrections with effect from 1 July 1979 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
