COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1491 /79 of 17 July 1979 abolishing the countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Bulgaria

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas for this product originating in Bulgaria there COMMUNITIES, were no prices for six consecutive working days ; whereas the conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled Economic Community, and the countervailing charge on imports of tomatoes Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No originating in Bulgaria can be abolished, 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 30 1 /79 (2), and in Article 1 particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 1370/79 is hereby repealed. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1370/79 Article 2 of 2 July 1979 (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1425/79 (4), introduced a countervailing charge on This Regulation shall enter into force on 18 July 1979 . tomatoes originating in Bulgaria ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
