COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1854/79 of 21 August 1979 correcting Regulation ( EEC) No 1367 /79 fixing the monetary compensatory amounts

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas a check has revealed an error in the Annexes COMMUNITIES, to those Regulations, whereas the Regulations in ques­ tion must therefore be corrected, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of Article 1 conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture following the temporary widening of the margins of In Part 1 of Annex I to Regulation ( EEC) No 1656/79 fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member for the ' Deutschland', ' Belgique/Luxembourg', ' Neder­ States ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No land', ' Italia' and ' France' columns and in Part 1 of 987/79 (2), and in particular Articles, 3 and 6 thereof, Annex I to Regulation ( EEC) No 1828 /79 for the 'United Kingdom ' column, note (5), shall also apply to Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts subheadings 23.07 B I a) 1 , 23.07 B I a) 2, 23.07 Bib) provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 were 1 and 23.07 B I b) 2 . fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1367/79 of 29 June 1979 (3), as amended with effect from 1 Article 2 August 1979 by Regulation (EEC) No 1 656/79 (4 ), and with effect from 20 August by Regulation (EEC) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 22 August 1979 . 1828 /79 (5);

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
