altering the components used to calculate the differential amounts for colza and rape seed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN 1819/79 (8) ; whereas, in the case of the Italian lira, the COMMUNITIES, difference referred to in Article 2 (1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 for the period 22 to 28 August Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European 1979 has changed, by reference to the representative Economic Community, rate valid on 3 September 1979, by at least one point Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC from the percentage used for the previous fixing ; whereas this fact should be taken into account when of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a common organization of the market in oils and fixing the components used to calculate the differen tial amounts for colza and rape seed where those fats (x), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No components are already applied in respect of the 590/79(2), Member States concerned, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 of 20 July 1972 laying down special HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : measures for colza and rape seed (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 852/78 (4), and in particular Article 3 thereof, Article 1

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1324/79 as of 23 August 1973 (5), as last amended by Regulation amended is hereby replaced by the Annex hereto.
