Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 Article 2 of 23 August 1973 (7), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 234/77 (8), laid down detailed rules of This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 October 1979 . application for Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
