COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2200/ 79 of 9 October 1979 on the sale of olive oil held by the Italian intervention agency
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES,

Article 5 AIMA shall supply the agencies responsible for storage with a list of the lots remaining unsold. No later than three days following the expiry of the time limit set for the submission of tenders , AIMA Article 8 shall send the Commission a list on which its partici pants are not identified stating in respect of each lot The security referred to in Article 8 of Regulation offered for sale the highest tender received.
