COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 533/81 of 26 February 1981 opening an invitation to tender for the sale for export of baled tobacco held by the Italian intervention agency
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN intervention agency, of a total weight of 5 151 994 COMMUNITIES, kilograms divided by varieties as shown in the Annex hereto, shall be sold for export. Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 727/70 of 21 April 1970 on the common organization of the market in raw tobacco (J), as last amended by The sale shall take place in accordance with the the Act of Accession of Greece, and in particular Arti tendering procedure provided for in Regulation (EEC) cles 7 (4) and 9 (5) thereof, No 3389/73 .

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1 . 2. The Commission shall inform the relevant inter ments in proportion to the quantities of tobacco in vention agency forthwith of the result of the sale by respect of which the proofs referred to in Article 7 (c) tender.
