Article2¶

Article 1 This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 April 1981 . The 'Deutschland column in the Annex to Regula­ tion (EEC) No 976/81 is hereby replaced by the following : It shall apply with effect from 6 April 1981 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
