COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1377/81 of 22 May 1981 altering the components used to calculate the differential amounts for colza and rape seed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN amounts were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No COMMUNITIES, 1 690/80 (9), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 910/81 (10) ; whereas, in the case of the pound sterling, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European the difference referred to in Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation Economic Community, (EEC) No 1569/72 for the period 13 to 19 May 1981 Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC has changed, by reference to the representative rate of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a valid on 25 May 1981 , by at least one point from the common organization of the market in oils and fats ('), percentage used for the previous fixing ; whereas this as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3454/80 (2), fact should be taken into account when fixing the components used to calculate the differential amounts Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No for colza and seed where those components are already 878 /77 of 26 April 1977 on the exchange rates to be applied in respect of the Member States concerned, applied in agriculture (3), as last amended by Regula­ tion (EEC) No 850/81 (4),

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed (^ as last amended by Regula­ Article 1 tion (EEC) No 852/78 (6), and in particular Article 3 thereof, The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1690/80 is hereby replaced by the Annex hereto. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 of 23 August 1973 Q, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3476/80 (8), laid down detailed rules of Article 2 application for Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 ; whereas the components used to calculate the differential This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 May 1981 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
