COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 395 /82 of 22 February 1982

altering the components used to calculate the differential amounts for colza and rape seed

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN amounts were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No COMMUNITIES, 2900/81 (9), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 275/82 (10) ; whereas, following changes made with effect from 22 February 1982 to the central rates of Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European currencies within the European Monetary System, it is Economic Community, necessary to amend with effect from 24 February 1982 the differential amounts applicable for Belgium and Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC Luxembourg ; whereas this fact should be taken into of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a account when fixing the components used to calculate common organization of the market in oils and fats ('), the differential amounts for colza and rape seed where as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 3454/80 (2), those components are already applied in respect of the Member States concerned ;

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 878/77 Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation of 26 April 1977 on the exchange rates to be applied are in accordance with the opinion of the Management in agriculture (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) Committee for Oils and Fats, No 3398/81 (4) ;

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1569/72 of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed (*), as last amended by Regula­ tion (EEC) No 852/78 (6), and in particular Article 2 (2) Article 1 thereof, The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2900/81 is hereby replaced by the Annex hereto. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2300/73 of 23 August 1973 Q, as last amended by Regulation Article 2 (EEC) No 3476/80 (8), laid down detailed rules of application for Regulation (EEC) No 1 569/72 ; whereas This Regulation shall enter into force on 24 February 1982 . the components used to calculate the differential

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
