COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1112/82 of 11 May 1982 amending for the second time Regulation (EEC) No 262/82 on the sale at a price fixed in advance of dried figs held by the Greek storage agency

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community, Regulation (EEC) No 262/82 is hereby amended as Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 516/77 follows : of 14 March 1977 on the common organization of the market in products processed from fruit and 1 . In Annex II (b) the prices shall be as follows : 2194/81 of 27 July 1981 laying down the general rules (ECU/100 kg) for the system of production aid for dried figs and — quality A (extra) 47-49 dried grapes (3), and in particular Article 6 (2) thereof, — quality B 42-46 Whereas, in view of the quantities of dried figs still — quality C 38-55 held by the Greek storage agency at the present stage of the marketing year and the changes in market — quality D 29-61 conditions, the period set for the sale of these products at a price fixed in advance should be extended and the Article 2 selling price provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 262/82 (4), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 436/82 (*), should be adjusted ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the Whereas the Management Committee for Products European Communities. Processed from Fruit and Vegetables has not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its chairman, It shall apply from 1 May 1982.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
