COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 3370/ 82 of 15 December 1982 fixing the export refunds on fruit and vegetables
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the situation with regard to international COMMUNITIES, trade or the specific requirements of certain markets may make it necessary to vary the refund for a given product according to the destination of that product ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Whereas tomatoes, sweet fresh oranges, fresh manda rins, fresh lemons and apples of the common quality Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No standards ' Extra' Class, Class I and Class II, ' Extra' 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization Class and Class I hothouse grapes and open ground of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last grapes, almonds and hazelnuts, and unshelled walnuts amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1738/82 (2), and in may at present be exported in economically significant particular Article 30 (4) thereof, quantities ;
Having regard to the opinion of the Monetary Whereas, if the refund system is to operate normally, Committee, refunds should be calculated on the following basis :

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : table grapes of open ground, walnuts in shell, almonds, hazelnuts and apples as set out in the Annex hereto. Article 1
1 . The export refunds on fruit and vegetables shall be as set out in the Annex hereto. Article 2 2. The provisions of Articles 10 ( 1 ) (b) and 23 ( 1 ) (c) of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2730/79 shall This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 6 December apply to exports of sweet oranges, mandarins, lemons, 1982 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
